i heard that trans go has a heavy duty kit as well as a street kit... its a daily drive but will it hurt it to run the heavy duty strip kit?

Nope, that will work just fine. For it being mainly a street car i'd just go with 1 washer (thats what I went with) Do a search for Pro Built Automatics and get in touch with him on the shift kit, he has specific install instructions for street/strip setups, that is what I went with and it workes great!!
