Default 4L60E is taking a dump

well guys my 60E is on its way out it slips on the 1-2 and the 2-3 shift so i need a rebuild for it soon. ive seen those hughes race rebuild kits in summit for like 400 bucks and i was gonna also get the beast sunshell but the only thing i cant find is anyone here on the board who has used the hughes rebuild kit so i dunno if its any good or not??? im plannin on spendin close to a grand on rebuildin this thing before converter and i want it to be able to hold 550 rwhp at least so any ideas from you guys would be appreciated

I don't know anything about the hughes kits , We dont offer kits presently but we do have trans complete , But if your intent on doing it yourself which is cool . you might check with FLT i think they sell kits and a non sponsor But member PBA I am aware do to ,I would definatly get the kit from someone active on this board in any case .
Please let us know if you need anything and we do detail whats in our units pretty well on our site if you want some ideas .
