difficulty level remove/re-install 4l60e?
Removal is finally complete! Now for the expensive part
. I've got a feeling that the hardest part is yet to come when I go to re-install the damn thing. Oh well, If I can put up with my wife... I'm sure I have the patience to re-install a trans!

what did the trick on it ryle im still fighting with mine I just sprayed some lube on the studs and I have a little gap at the bottom of the bellhousing and motor but none to get excited about. Congrats on your removal
mine was pretty easy because this trans had just been out about 7 months ago. the hardest part for me was getting the 3 torque converter bolts loose. Just make sure you have all 8 bolts out of the bellhousing and have a jack already under the trans. Pry the trans out with a flat screwdriver and then when out a little use a pry bar. it should come right down
