Default TH 350 Transmission Pan Leak!!! Please Help

I have a 1973 Impala with a TH 350 Tranny. I have a leak in the front right passenger side corner that drips about every 10 seconds. at first i thought the pan was bent so i bought a new one. the first pan leaked also. in the same spot or close to it. the new pan leaks also. the first pan had a cork gasket but this time I have a rubber gasket and it still leaks. can someone please advise me on how to stop this leak. thanks

it could also be your cooler lines, dip stick tube or the detent cable, check the O-rings on both the dip stick and the detent cable, also make sure your cooler lines are tight
