I think the misunderstanding is that it was described as no movement in the od position not that it would barley move because it wasn't down shifting or going into first description is everything with online diagnosis

Well it looks like your first impressions on the input sprag were correct. Today I tried going a little further than a couple of miles. It started out fine and then got to a light and it just didn't move. Had to manually shift it into 3rd and limp my way home again.

Well I have seen them hold when they are cold and not when warm etc , just to clarify when its like this and you start up and put it in D it will take off and shift through three gears correct and when in od it just free revs like neutral
