Default A4 transmission leaks at the rear.

Started a while ago after the TC install, but it would only mist the underside of the car with fluid. A week ago the same place installed my BMR DS loop, and now it soaks the surrounding brackets with new fluid after just a drive around town. Appears to be coming out of the rear seal, but seems to stop while I'm parked. My transmission has always been slightly overfilled since the TC install.

Is this the end result of overfilling the transmission compounded with a worn seal?
If fluid level is the problem, how do I remove fluid without messing with the pan?

OR is this simply damage inflicted on the seal by removing the DS several times?, in which case I will make them replace it free of charge.

It's easy to mess up the rear trans seal with numerous DS removals. It's a very delicate piece. Overfilling your trans could contribute to the leakage too. Try sticking a small diameter hose down your dipstick tube to suck out excess fluid. Overfilling is almost as bad as running the fluid low.

Ditto on what Patrick said. I had to replace mine, it's fairly straightforward. GM # 24204540 was the part number I used.
