Quick Converter Question???

Well Ill Get 2 The Point Quick, My Cousin Gave Me His Torque Converter (3000 Stall), From His Truck, I Already Have A Vigilante 3200 On My Trans Am, But I Am Going To Give The 3000 To My Nephew To Put On His 02 Ws6, Now The Question Is Will This Converter Fit The Trans Am Or Will It Be Different Because It Came Off A Truck? The Trucks Transmission Is A 4l60e Also, The Converter Is In Perfect Working Condition, But I Have No Clue About This, Thanks In Advance For The Comments!

P.s . I Think The Converter Is A Fuddle!!

Little more info ?what year is the truck .What engine size is the truck ?

Truck Is A 99 Chevy Silverado, With A 5.3 Liter Vortech!! Oh And Its 4x4, Does That Have Anything To Do With It?thanks

5.3 still has bolt deal center top of bell so its and ls1 style so it should work fine , The stall charateristics will be different in a lighter vehicle but it should go right in .
