New Torque converter

Tranny Cooler, Lines, Etc
Flexplate, (probably reuse the one you have)

You can also use your stock cooler lines
ATI built my convertor using the LS1 bolt pattern, so I used my stock flexplate.
You don't HAVE to get your PCM reflashed. But, you WILL have a ton of codes which you can have deleted with LS1 Edit. Ihave been driving mine for about 1 month with no reflash and I still haven't had the codes removed. No problems.
