Default converter differences

I currently have a TCI sf3000 I'm waiting to install, though lately I've been contemplating selling it and stepping up to a 3500-3600 stall. The majority on here always say bigger is better. What I'm wondering is, will it make that big of a difference on a 99% street driven car?
I know str's will make a difference, but if I keep that along the same line, what would be the benefit? I plan on keeping the 2.73 rear and my next major mod will be a cam.

Sell it and save the hassell. I didn't listen to everyone else and now my car has lock up issues(hopefully it didn't hurt my trans). Cheaper to take a loss now rather than deal with it later.

Are you talking about the TCI itself or any converter? The TCI's are pretty love/hate from what I have found.

sell it and get a yank or vig...if vig 3200 and yank 3600 if you are going to be on the street 99%...if more track i would recommend higher...especially with a cam...
