So far so good with my 4l60E. Had it built locally and it has been great. About 8,000 street miles and a best of 11.11@122mph. Running behind a 383 stroker....
The last one was shifting perfect at 100,000 miles when I pulled it. 70,000 with 4200 stall. I guess I've been lucky.

i have faith in the 4l60e's .....
my car is at that certain shop as we speak ... although i wont be seein 10's for awhile

I have made more than a few passes with mine since it was last freshend. Never broken any hard parts.
10.002 @ 138+ mph... Over 800ftlbs of torque to the wheels (including tq converter 3rd gear) 670+ rwhp.
I am just trying to find a Flexplate shield to fit it.
