ABS INOP lights after 12 bolt install:
I think I damaged the sensors when I put the sensors in, as I had to force them in. I replaced both of them, but still have the ABS inop, and low trac coming on once in awhile. I am going to disconnect the battery right now, & reset the battery. I hope it is just that. Anything that I might be missing?
If this doesn't work, can I delete the abs from the computer? How?

You should use a dremel or a die-grinder to clean mounting hole out so sensor will just slide in & out. Can you check abs codes to see what it's throwing?
No need to grind out the hole. I just slid off the E brake pads (hit it with my hand from the bottom, there is a tab that holds it in place on top, & it came off), & then I could slide the plate forward, the sensor slid right in. This is what I should have done in the first place.
But the ABS lights are still there, with LOW TRAC light coming on once in awhile. It's as if the car is sensing one wheel is slipping. I've been told that this will pull timing. So I want to find out what is wrong. Any ideas?

No this is an abs controller problem it is seeing the condition to set code, need to find out what code # it's coming up with. It could be a rear wheel speed sensor problem. If you have an digital volt/ohm meter you can ohm/resistance test on the sensors & compair all 4 are around the same. If you get one that is hi or lo its your culprit. Another rough w.s.s. test is to disconnect sensor with digital meter on a/c voltage one test lead per w.s.s. wire & spin wheel it will produce a/c voltage, the faster it spins the more voltage it produces. Hope this helps .
