Default Couple of Questions about TCI Flex Plates

I just ordered a new TCI flex plate and I am wondering what torque specs everyone is using with these flex plates. I think it is 74 on the crank and 90 on the converter. Is this correct? Locktite??

Also, I was thinking...........How am I going to know which side needs to go next to the crank and which side is nex to the trans? Does it have it marked on the flexplate? Don't want to get it backwards.

Maybe if there is anything else that I need to know about you could let me know.

Thanks

Stock torque specs and it will be easy to see what side goes where.
