Default Lubeguard???

The guy building my Tranny told me to buy a Bottle of Lubeguard(10$)

What are you gaining from this stuff and is it worth the money?

Its a good product we use there assembly grease, Its best known for preventing converter shudder and helping to avoid sticky valves.

we use smart blend where i work. Basically the same stuff.

There are a few different versions of lube guard. If you use a high grade atf like mercon v, or a synthetic, you shouldn't need any.
