does anyone know if a tranny out of a 95 LT1 camaro will swap into a 98 LS1 camaro? i was told the case bolt pattern was different. i was also told it would interchange. Need a little more certainty. Anyone know?

 

no it wont....same as 6 speed, input shft leingth, converter wont work, for a mockup it would

 

It could be put in , would require a special converter and adapter/spacers for the converter and a few other mods, But likley not worth the time o expense to get it in there your better off going with a 4l60e like comes in the car
