ive got my 4l60e out, (a flt level 4 getting rebuilt)

my car has 150k on it, so i want to replace evreything from the crankshaft to the rearend. what all do i need to get??

so far i gather i need;

flywheel
flexplate
input shaft
trans
driveshaft

what about all the rinky dink stuff inbetween? i dont want to have to put some 150k piece of **** back on my new drivetrain.

anyone done it before ? have any suggestions?
