Default 4l60E shifting problem

I have been having some problems with my 4l60 since I swapped it in from the M6 and was just wondering if you guys think it is a tuning issue or if I forgot something along the way. What is happening is at WOT the car shifts extremely early (around 3200-3500 RPM) and on deceleration it doesn't downshift until you are almost stopped, then it drops down through the gears. The tune that was in it was a pretty aggressive tune that I have since had reduced to almost a stock program, unfortunately I haven't had a chance to drive it since I am currently changing engines to see if the problem is remedied. So for people who know alot more of the inner workings of an automatic trans (this is my first one) is there something I may have botched or do you just think it is a tuning issue?

Default

Shift timing is strictly a tuning sensor issue with a 4l60e
