Fuddle?

You have been through the performance argument about a year ago and several Fuddle customers were more than willing to put their converters up against yours. You think yours is faster, they think theirs is. In all honesty, deep down you know that performance is similar. However, the Fuddle customers have a better warranty standing behind them and those with the HP/Street have more clutch for longevity and durability.

I've said it before. Get some cars on this list https://ls1tech.com/forums/drag-racing-results/628613-quickest-stock-internals-list-11-79-bump.html or this one https://ls1tech.com/forums/drag-racing-results/187330-fastest-cam-only-cars-list.html
and you might have some kind of argument. Until then it's just you saying it's an awesome converter. That holds about as much water as me saying I'm the best driver in the world.
But hey, congrats on that big clutch thing! You gotta be proud of that.

The Fuddle 3800 2.1 str works fine in my 97'.......1.47 60' off the foot brake and 10.82@125+ all NA in my 97'. Drives fine on the street as well............also works fine off the T-brake

So going from a TCS ~1.8 str 3500 to this, rebuilt Rossler A4 III & adding u-joints in place of my OEM rubber shaft couplers didn't hurt..............my old best set-up was 10.87@125+

). i was thinking about going fuddle and started a thread on here, then a friend kind of shyed me away with a pm and told me to get a yank SS3600, but thier just so damn expensive. Also, though guys, not that im taking sides and not that i know for a fact if thier true or not, but fuddle does have pictures on his website of his clutches next to the competitors clutches. I know thier just pictures, but i mean ****, next to him coming to ur house and showing u them in person, what other proof other than track times that his stalls really have bigger clutches?

BTW, I'm not calling you a liar - I've seen innacurate track slips before, I'd be very carefull extrapolating those results if for no other reason than you don't get too many -950 DA days at most tracks.

i know so my best 60ft was only a 1.68 double
i ran a 11.90 somthing on that run...i would say on a 0 da day with my race weight i am a solid 114mph car...
oh did i meantion headers are over rated...i know i need a tune to get a couple more hp but i will most likely wait for the cam install
I think like a lot of parts, they all have customers with good and bad experiences. I went with Yank and honestly have been disappointed with it. Not too mention three guys around here are currently having problems with Yanks, but there are 5-6 others at the local track doing well with them also.
Right now I'm having the converter re-done, not through yank, and really am pleased to have someone custom tailor it for my application. Really, a Vig 3200 or a Yank SS3200 is just an off the shelf converter.
