I installed my own converter, does the shift kit require professional install?

 

i think if u sinstalled your own TC, you will be able to install the kit, and if you have any questions during the install call to trans go, they will help you out with your questions !

 

way harder than a TC install. Well not really harder, just more complex, reading etc....If you can get a tranny shop to install it for less than $200, probably easier..

 

I've got a profesional whose gonna install mine but I've been watching the video and it doesn't look as bad as you would think but I don't think I'd wanna do it unless I'd seen it done before in person. Plus, the video is a little outdated and some stuff in the instruction manual has changed

 

It's not hard. Most guys psych themselves out. All you have to do is thoroughly read the manual and familiarize yourslef with it.You shouldn't have any problems.
