Default Yank TH350 versus Standard TH350...what's the difference?

I've had my Yank TH350 for almost two years now. I have never been happy with the performance of the valve body, the transbrake is intermittent and first gear isn't even where it should be.

I am thinking about cutting my losses and getting a locally built race TH350 or TH400. Since I have already adapted a TH350 to the car, can I just bolt up a Standard TH350 or TH400, or does the Yank tranny have some special parts that are unique for the LS1 application (such as input shaft, output shaft, etc.)?

I know the tail shaft has an electronic adapter for the speedo, but is there anything else?

Can I use the Yank Converter I have been using on my Yank TH350 on a Standard TH350 or TH400?

Thanks!
