How much to expect to pay for 4L60E rebuild & upgrade??

How much to expect to pay for 4L60E rebuild & upgrade?? I'm planning to do an M6 to A4 swap (yeah, I know, it will be a PITA, but I have my reasons) and I've found a good used 4L60E to swap in. I don't have the money to get it rebuilt by Yank or FLP, but I would like a local shop to go through it, upgrade the clutch packs, etc. How much would you guys pay a reputable shop to rebuild & mildly upgrade a 4L60E (already out of the car)?

Re: How much to expect to pay for 4L60E rebuild & upgrade?? $2300 for every part available(including 5-pinion planetary, sun gear/shell, 9 clutches, all the bells and whistles), install included in price. That's what I paid when I had mine done.
