Default HP loss thru TH400

Anyone have an idea how much hp is lost thru th400.I dont believe %s are accurate afterall if a tranny takes say 65hp to spin it what difference does it make if you have 200hp or 1000hp.I know they soak up a lot but dont have any accurate info .Thanks

The more Hp you make the more it sucks up power...I would say at least a 30% loss...thats just an educated guess though...

I sort of did a before and after dyno with my swap. I went from a T56/10-bolt to a TH400/9" Lost 30RWHP with the swap I figure maybe 5-10 of that is in the 9" and the rest in the TH400.
