Default late trans shift

Search wont work so ill just ask..

I have my trans to shift at 4800 and its still shifting at 6300.. I want the trans to shift at 6000 for the turbo..

Car is probably making about 550hp..

Trans is build and I have a vig 3600..

Is there any way to know if its the trans or the torque converter? I know the 3-4 packs are good.. they were just put in..

yes.. mph is at 70 im shifting at 80..

I just had the trans checked out and the 3-4 clutches were worn a bit but not a lot..

Starting to wonder about the converter but it cost 250 to check it out...

Is there not a way to determine which is the problem? I have a data logger if that helps?
