Default How good are TCI torque converters?

I was just wondering if anybody had any input on TCI converters. They have a 3000 stall that is in my price range and I was just wondering how reliable they are and if they are worth spending money on. I would get a vigilante or a TCS converter ,but I cant spend that kind of money at this time since I am having to rebuild my tranny as well.

thanks
Chris

TCI makes a good converter. I worked for a very large mail order company and sold hundreds of them and only ever saw a few bad ones (that we sold as a company...and we sold thousands....) Hope that helps!

So far so good with my TCI 4400. No track times yet but it pulls like a monster!
