what converter with my cam?
Well I would get at least 2800 - 3000 rpm stall and some 3.23s or 3.42s out in. It won't be that bad on the street and you will notice a hugh gain at the track. My car ran 8.5's stock at the local 18th mile track. I put my 3200 stall in and it ran 8.0s with no other mods. It will take a little to get used to but after a while you will get used to it. It will also help keeping you car in the power band of the cam you are talking about getting. A stall is not going to hurt you as long as you don't get too crazy(large) with it. My stall was one of the best bang for the buck mods that I ever did on my car. Nitrous was the second best.
Coming out of a corner is going to be different but its going to be like driving a new car but you will get use to it.
I vote for a 32,34,3600 stall
i hate not being able to jump hard from a roll at 40, that flash would be nice, thinkin ill go conservative and go 3200, been told my 2.73s might suck and i think maybe he was suggesting the gears over the stall to keep drivability but get my rpms cruising at 60 up to avoid the cam surging still a tough call haha im gonna talk to some torque conmakers and see whats up
