Gonna drop the Trany pan and swap the filter. (4L60E) Wanted to know how much fluid I need to buy to fill er back up. I'M NOT FLUSHING THE TRANY!!! Thats why I just need to know how much fluid is needed to replace the fluid that drops when I take down just the pan. PM me if you know plz! Thanx!

I would get about 7 quarts it will take between 4 and 7 depending on how long you have the pan down and how long the car has been setting since last run.

 

ive gotten 3.5 right after the cars been off and ive switched....i recommend doing a flush and changing all the fluid
