I am not aware of any line pressure adjustments. From what I know the Speed Inc. basic tune does not include changes to the line pressure. But maybe that was a freebie. Thanks for the replies.

I just thought of something else that I should have mentioned earlier. I changed all four sets of brake pads and one caliper (left front) the day that this issue started. I also bleed the brakes.

Is it possible that there is now an issue with a brake switch/TCC connection? Thanks.

I did some research and came caross this issue -->
Another problem that affects the operation of the torque converter is a condition called "transmission drainback." One-way check valves normally keep the torque converter full of fluid when the engine is shut off. But if the transmission input shaft bushings are worn, it can create a path for fluid to drain out of the converter back into the transmission. The loss of fluid from the torque converter can make the transmission feel as if it is slipping on initial take-off for about five to 10 seconds.

Is this a possibility? How do you test for it? Thanks.

It sounds to me like the solenoids are going out...... A trans shop should be able to check them I believe.....

As far as the comment above.... Ask the trans specialist on here.. Hes posted in your thread already.. He Will def. know!

Converter drain back is not the issue... that condition only exists when the pump is not pumping. Meaning when the engine is not running the converter will drian fluid back into the pan... upon initial start up the pump will refill the converter and off you go.

Some manufacturers install the diode in the cooler lines others in the input shafts, others in the pump.

ok you dont have to set a code for it to slip on you.. Here is what happens when you install a larger converter-- the computer will see that the converter is slipping more than normal, when this happens it goes into limp mode and locks you out of all gears except for 3rd (i have heard of 2nd gear only in certain year cars). When you shut the car off you reset everything. It may not show up as a set code cause it needs to happen often enough to trip the code(every time you turn the car off it will clear itself). Now as for what i have seen in the past 7 years or so with this problem all year ls1's tend to do this when the stall speed is around 3,200 and above(henc why my first converter was a 3k stall)
