Default Help with surging and shifting after converter install

I have an Vig3200, and a 226/221 114 cam.
My car is surging and stalling pretty good
when coming to a stop or under very light
throttle to get going especially in reverse.
The throttle plate has been drilled to 15/64.
LS1 edit tuning has also been done by a local
shop. I have a Scanmaster IAC's are 30-40 and
the idle is set to 675. I shimmed the throttle stop. Which helped for a little while, but after
a day or two of driving, problems came back with IAC's hanging around 0-10. Another problem is the 2-3 shift at WOT. It tops out in 2nd and bangs off the limiter until I let up on the gas.
The limiter is at 6800 with a shift point of 6500 (GTP stage 2 heads). Any help appreciated.

Idle seems low for that cam. Have the person who tuned your car raise the idle speed to 850 in gear/950 in park when warm. This should take care of your issues. 675 is too low for that cam.

I was mistaken it was 725. Got it raised to 900, and also got the 2-3 shift adjusted tonight.
All is well. <img border="0" alt="[Fluffy]" title="" src="graemlins/fluffy.gif" />
