Locked VS Un Locked-Power difference??

Have any of you guys dynoed with your converter unlocked and locked on a 4l60E???I need to know how much power these things lose unlocked versus locked.Thanx

It will all depend on your converter but my car with A Fuddle 4000 does 360hp unlocked and 392hp locked.
