TCS could also build you something in a 3200 - 3400 stall range with a 1.9 STR that would be good for stoplight racing.
A very high stall, high STR is easier to hook than you might expect; the high stall looseness' provides some pedal room to step into your launch, although 3.73s do add to wheel spin. When I had a YTP 4000 with 3.23s, it was much easier to launch than when I switched to 3.73s.
I run nitto drag radials on the street, but keep the pressure up around 27 lbs +/- 1 to maintain decent cornering.
