I think rossler does. The only downside is you can't have a transbrake and a manual valve body.

I think Transgo Stage 3 kit and PATC sells them.

I bought the Transgo 4L80E-3 from ebay for $250 free shipping. It was $275 from Summit with a 10 day order period. I'll let you know how it works in a few days. Its a conversion package not a new VB.
