would there be any sort of problems or side affects if i put a 3200 stall converter on a 1998 z/28 with a ram air intake and slp loudmouth exhaust?

with all converter swaps there 2 common side-effects, that might occur:

1) shift points may need to be adjusted. This takes a HPP3 or Edit or similar device.
2) idle speed may need to be adjusted. This takes a turning the idle set screw on the TB.

With a loudmouth you'll also hear a lot more noise in town because of the extra rpms you'll use before lock-up.
