Default Bypassing the computer shift in A4

Is there any way without going full manual or adding a shift kit to bypass the computer controlling shifts? I would like to be able to make it shift because right now when I am on it it will not shift correctly and usually results in bouncing off rev limiter and I fear the problem may take the lives of the valvetrain components.

If anyone knows any way to do it please let me know.
