I DD mine, it's certainly looser than stock.
You give it a little more RPM taking off from stop lights and parking lots.
It's been in there 6 months, I'm so used to it anymore I don't really notice it.

One thing I did have to fix was that TCC lockup was extremely firm at the
stock 42mph setting. I bumped that up to 62mph, so I'm basically unlocked
unless I am on the highway. At that speed, lockup feels like any other TC.

I have one and coupled with the long tubes and 3" true duals it's a bit much for quiet neighborhoods like mine but is a blast when you hit gas pedal!

My 3200 was much tighter than the 4000 is.
It worked fine with the stock lockup settings.
You still had to rev it a bit to get moving, although not as much
as you do with a 4000.

You might want to consider meeting up with a local club member and
see if they will let you take a ride in their stalled car. You can see for yourself
what you do and do not like.

I concur! I have yet to get mine tuned so once this happens I know the lock up feature along with other stuff(TM) will be reprogrammed for the best performance
