4l80 Output Shaft Pic... which yolk do i need

Took this picture last night. Can somone tell me which yolk i need. Im going to try and use the factory driveshaft for the time being. Anything else i need other than the conversion yolk? This is going to a moser 9"

Just get one for the long spline output shaft. If you are not going to use the sleeve that should be pressed on that output shaft, make sure it is a non-vented yoke. If you plan on using the sleeve then get a vented yoke.
