Tranny or rear?

If you slightly tap the brakes does the bucking stop? (just enough to kick the brake lights on)
it's probably the converter lockup. You might have to either retune the car for the gear change, or bump up the lockup table. 1st let us know if it goes away with the brake.
Is -2 on the torque arm a good spot for a lowered car(bmr springs)

My advice is to get another tune to fix the speedo 1st, then raise lockup a touch if you have too.

Do you know the specs on your camshaft?
Has it always done this? The reason for all the questions is it is important to rule out the possibility of a mechanical or electrical failure in the transmission.

Im not sure if its always done this. I bought the car in july on leave then got shipped to iraq so cant really tell you to much. Im goin home in two weeks and want to fix it.
I would say its rpm/speed dependant but when I get on it theres no problems other than hitting the rev limiter once or twice.

I am converned about the rev limiter comments... these trannies do not live well in that environment. I would believe from this little discussion that you need some tuning. But let's make sure there is not anything else going on before yuou move into that.
Oh, thanks for your service! Good Luck and get back safe.
