Converter help I am having to buy new tires with in the next week or so and wanted some advice. In a few months, i will be getting slp lvl 1 suspension and a converter. currently i have flowmaster exhaust [temporary - will be getting loudmouth], which tires do i need to get? which converter? just wanted to hear some opinions b4 i bought tires.
Re: Converter help Nitto drag radials in the back will definitely improve traction. Only downside is they don't last. Figure 8000 - 12000 miles depending on how many burnouts you do.
If you are looking at using SLP, definitely get the SLP 3300 converter. The 2600 stall is too small for an LS1. Other recommendations include a Yank SS3600 or SY 3500 depending upon your goals or a TCS converter.
