Default PLEASE($3000 budget)need help on choosing parts(header, converter, intake)

i have a 99 ta with all the free mods, a whisper lid, cold air, ported throttle body, no cats, y pipe, 3:73 gears, and a strut tower brace. i have about $3000 to spend and i have narrowed it down to a stall converter, mac mid headers, and an ls6 intake. i just need some advice on if i need some different stuff or what kind of stuff i need. like what kind of stall and headers. thanks a lot

If I were you I would go.
Super Yank 3500 or a SS3800, either or, I like em both
Switch the headers to QTP LT's with the dual QTEC ORY <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
And some drag radials and you should be putting up some great #'s with a little practice

We offer the Phoenix Pro Converter for $689.00. Go here for details.

I cut a 1.299 60' with their converter. Nuff said?

Call me and we can discuss specifics about your combo. I can help you with the modifications.

If you add a cam or heads later, it will move up a little which is exactly what you want.
