Just out browsing/shopping for components to go with my soon to come 200R-4 and Im going to need one and wanted to get a really good one for it because the one that Im buying is pretty pricey and I want to make sure that it doesnt burn up. I know that the 19k are really common, do they make bigger ones and if so, are they necessary? What brand, size, type, etc. would go with this tranny and have no worries about? Thanks
Use a plate type cooler like a B&M Supercooler. They make 24K coolers.
You can also run a deep pan for extra cooling. TCI makes a good one.

Will there be any modifications, adjustments, relocating, etc. to run a deep pan? Will I run into clearance issues in a street driven car? Do any of the sponsors carry or sell the B&M Supercooler? What do you mean when you say plate type cooler? Im not too familiar with auto. stuff. Will the 24k be plenty for a street car that sees a little track? Thanks
If your going to use a 200r4, you better run a deep pan with a relocated filter. The 200r4 has the a very bad problem with running the stock pan dry.

To TA2SLOW346: Do just any 200R-4s have the problem or the Grand National and similar units in particular? To Ragtop 99: Are the B&M the best units?
