Huh!!!! I do not have the #'s in front of me right now but the 1-2 or A and the 2-3 solenoid or B solenoid are the same solenoid. Why would there be two different #'s? I would use a difference source to confirm this.

I can look them up for you on Monday or if you would like me to ship you a set I keep them in stock. You let me know. Why are you looking to change the solenoids? Vince

You are correct there was a misprint in alldata its shows the 2-3 and the 3-2 as the same part number which is incorrect. I just copied and pasted and didnt notice that . The correct number for both solenoids is 242302982 Thats for A and B 1-2 AND 2-3

Did your Tuner not delete the test for that code? You may not have a bad solenoid at all. With a stall many times its a eronious code the PCM gets confused, The test for this code should always be removed with stalls over 3000 rpm. I would ask my tuner to remove the code test and then try it before I went replacing the solenoid, As more than likley thats your real problem .

Tuning as mentioned can be the culprit here. The code needs to be cleared and then the test for that code needs to be removed. On another not but probably not needed. Here is a picture of a valve body in pieces. On the far right is where the two solenoids are located. Maybe the dealer can pull the parts for you to look at. At least you will know what is what. Hope this helps. Vince

im going to post a threat so i can keep up with this. I had the P0757 code the other day and car went into "Limp-In" mode...stuck in 3rd gear. Thing is, Ive had my SY3500 stall in for 15000-20000 miles and never had this code or problem. Im thinkin my Solenoid B has gone bad.

I think when its a false code (ive had it before) the solenoid doesnt actually stay stuck....it still shifts fine, no limp mode...atleast thats how it worked for me.
