Default 4l60e want shift after tune

I recently put a cam and stall in my 02 ws6 before this the tranny was perfectly fine, the dealer just rebuilt the tranny under warranty so I know it’s not that yet. Well the tranny want shift after I had it tuned, it will only shift around 3000, or 4000 rpm, but not at WOT it just bounces off the revlimiter. I have told the guy again and again that it want shift and he says it's the tranny, but how if it was fine before I took it to him. I was just wondering everyone’s input on it.

You need to get the car on a scanner and see what the actual command is if its making the comand then its likley the trans if its not its in the tune. This must be determined before you will know who to talk to , But it does sound like a possible tuning issue. Any codes?
