Vig Stall Upgrade

I bought a used vig 2800 stall and was wondering how do i go about getting the free upgrade done.Im sure there is someone out there that has had this done and if so what was all needed and who did you talk to.Ive tried their website (pi) and no info.Thanks for any help

Just call them, they will give you a return number and you will set everything up over the phone. Then just send it to em and they will send it back! Easy as pie.

doesnt matter, as long as u havent wasted the free upgrade. I just sent mine in wiht proof of purchase(Reciept) and a note what I wanted done and they did it all. I sent it in last Thursday, and it should be here Tomorrow(Thursday;26). Talk to Vicki at Precision Industries (901) 466-0267 shes great help
