You'll be really happy with that converter. It stalls 3500-3600 rpm and has a STR (stall torque ratio) of 2.5:1. You'll improve the ET by 1/2 second or more. It'll push those Nittos pretty good. You can check out our website at www.tciauto.com

I have a SST3500 in my '99 car.It's a bolt-on car w/3.73 gears.It will cut mid 1.50's short times,high7.60's in the eighth,and low twelves in the quarter.The only wieght savings are no spare tire or front swaybar.Converter has been in for over a year with no problems.Overall improvement with the converter on average.5 to .6 tenths.Hope this helps.

I had that same converter in my car with the stall set at 3800. It lasted about 4 months before the input splines stripped. I am currently waiting for it to be returned after being repaired under warranty by TCI. I did pick up .06 in 60foot over the Yank ST3800 that was in before.
