Is there any shifter out there that will work with a 4L60E. They have then for the newer Mustangs with over drive but I haven't seen anything for a direct replacement. I think B&M have something but requires some aftermarket piece to make it shift but I couldn't find out anymore on it.

 

I think any shifter that will fit a 700R4 will work. you just have to modify your center console to house it.

 

friend of mine has one on his 4l60e in an lt1 t/a. he said its for a turbo 350 but summit sells different guide plates for it so it will work with overdrive trannies too. looks neat, just like a reverse manual valvebody shifter. made by B&M.
