I am not aware of anyone other than maybe Rossler who is selling the valve body outright.
If you would like to discuss this option I would be happy to fill you in on all of the details. Don't hesitate to call me tomorrow.
We build manual valve body 4L60E's often and are very familiar with what it takes. We do not buy the valve bodies, we convert the factory units to full manual using the Trans-Go HD-3 reprogramming kit. Unless your unit is well built I do not recommend running your unit full manual.
