Those with a 400T, did you have to shim it up?

Default Those with a 400T, did you have to shim it up?

It looks like my driveshaft is going to hit the Spohn loop. I jacked up the tranny quite a bit to get it to center up. Seemed like quite a bit.

I guess I'm going to try and shim the loop down, and shim the tranny up from the mount. Is this what you guys have experienced?

No personal experience, but I was told that a TH-400 used without an adapter plate will be mis aligned do to the face of the belthousing.
