The C5's use a different case. Also there was a difference in the input shaft and stator in the 97-04 models. In 05 the input was similar to the f-body unit but the case is still different. The answer is no. Vince

Well that busted my bubble. A friend of mine has a built 60e with beast sunshell and he only wants 800 for it. He has ben sitting on it for a while. I just bought the car. It was a repo and got a steal on it. It is a 98 with an LS6, cam, stall, fast intake and tb, lt headers,and exahust. I bought it for my wife to drive then sell for a profit. the car sounds like it needs to be tunned. It needs a trans to. Thanks for the info. What do you charge for a trans for this car.
