I will be using either the yank or bmr trans xmember. I want a poly trans mount, just get one for a th400?

I'm using an energy suspension poly mount with my BMR crossmember. I think it's part number 355-3-1108G from jegs.

Yes any old style TH400 mount should work with it. I think i might have had to grind a little bit out of the holes on the BMR x-member with a dremel to get it to fit. But mine was one of the first ones that brett ever produced so that might have been why.
