Default Used 4l60e value?

Hey I was just curious to see how much the going price for a 4l60e out of an 02 camaro ss with 56000 miles would be.

Thanks

The problem is you can't prove it's mileage and condition.
$500 to $800 I would guess.
You might have an advantage if you have the car with close miles on it, the vin is stamped on the trans. Then a buyer could see the numbers and mileage and have some idea. I did this when I bought a 6 speed to verify it's mileage.
I have one also with 34,000 on it and probably 800 miles on upgraded parts but I'm not selling it because it is the original trans to my car. I was thinking $1200 for mine but I know no one would buy it for that.

Well this one is still in my car and it is original equipment so proving condition and mileage shoudnt be too hard. Just a ride around the block. Luckily a good friend of mine wants it to put in his car

Yea you should include that kind of info when you ask. Having it still in the car is a no brainer there, as far as it working. I used to build transmissions to sell and keep them in the car so they could be driven.
Now your selling price just depends on what he's willing to pay and what you're willing to take. Pretty simple.

I'm wondering the same also..Just took one out of my car to go with a th350 and no longer need it. I would say 3 to 5 is a decent price as well though. Then again, what do i know.

I think $300 is a little low for a working LS1 4L60E. Thats about the core price around here.
