I just had my Yank ss3600 installed and when I reach 40 mph it makes a vibrating noise that seems to come up through the tranny/shifter.
Everywhere else the car drives great but only does this once it locks up at low speeds once I hit 40mph.
Any ideas what this can be?

sounds like lockup clutch chatter... If it is get it corrected because it can ruin lockup clutches and push pieces of clutch through the trans. If its only doing it at lockup at low speeds have it changed to lockup at 45mph-50mph 4th gear lockup. also set the PWM higher.

Yes, sounds like chatter. In addition to eliminating the
TCC PWM function (set min and max duty to 99%) you
may need to increase the steady state line pressure
applied at lower throttle. Either in the General Pressure
tab in HPTuners, if your model has this (yours should,
'02 F) or in the force motor table. General Pressure will
let you add pressure only when locked while force motor
is full time. I had the same problems with my old TCI
and this helped the hooting but was still not enough
for the little clutch to hang on under load.

Thanks guys, I'd heading to get the car dyno tuned so I'll have them change the tune.
Update: After I broke in the converter I took my car to MTI to have them dyno tune it. The converter is now silent when it locks up and the car is running great.
