wheres john at fuddle?
wheres john at fuddle? i had my converter come apart and ruin my 1400 dollar tranny...after it taking me about 625 bux to fix it its on its way back...
this happened in late december, i sent him my converter and he had it the 7th...and we had talked he said he would call when he got it...well i called the 8th and he said he hadent got to it yet but it was sitting right there to be checked out....this was about 2pm...he said he would get it cut open before the day was over and call me back and tell me when he found...here it is the 27th and i still dont have a car to drive....i have no clue what he found out...my converter was uner its warranty so im hoping he will fix my converter and get it abc kto me soon so i can drive my car and i hope cover a good part of this cost to fix it....
ive called every day since he didnt call me back...sent messages on here and his name has logged in with no responses....and ive left voice mails with return numbers when i call...no response...i dont even get it...its not like im suing the guy for 20 million dollars just need to know whats going on...crap happens....just get back with me so we can figure this out....
ive reccomended him many many times and their converters so hes had plenty of business from me...i hope he takes care of me soon....i really need my car, its been sitting a month now!!!

i would get another but ive been happy with this converter and its in my daily...i used to have it in my racecar...took the tranny and verter out and put it in my bolt on daily....

Verdad Gallardo The "here we go again" deal is that a while back Fuddle had personal and business problems and just after releasing batches of Bad converters they shut the business down and leaving people with no place to get money back or get help. They were dropped as a sponsor and lots of people just cut their losses. Eventually Fuddle came back and worked hard to get as much business back but there will always be people that will have a bad taste in their mouth from that whole experience and on edge when multiple people start to have problems reaching them. Regardless since then Fuddle has had great customer service and got things back together. They are now a decent business to deal with.
